I made a batch of biscotti at home to satisfy my own desire for these remarkable Italian biscuits. They were rather good. A local deli owner insisted he stocked them, his customers loved them, word got out and they won lots of awards. NISI’s bakery was born.
Here we are today lovingly hand-producing small batches of biscuits from crunchy biscotti to soft and creamy shortbreads. Delicious on their own, undeniably moreish when dunked in your favourite brew, coffee or Vin Santo.
